Preparing for the Senior Living Certification Commission's Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL) examination is an exciting challenge. The exam tests candidates on their knowledge of the job tasks performed by executive directors using questions that are practical, based on real-world issues, requiring candidates to have a thorough understanding of this occupation.

This CDAL Prep Course has been aligned with the knowledge required of executive directors for effective on the job performance. This course is designed to serve as a refresher and help better understand the duties and responsibilities of executive directors, as identified through a broad survey of industry professionals. This course can also be helpful in filling learning gaps, covering 8 knowledge domains.

With support from facilitator Diane Doumas, a certified senior advisor, you will:

• Overview the eight examination knowledge domains
• Identify the content areas in which you need to concentrate your studies
• Obtain tips and knowledge to help you confidently prepare for and navigate the CDAL exam
• Develop long-term relationships with other executive directors who share your passion for success
