This event is virtual.
OVERVIEW Learn how to leverage America's primary housing development tool, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) to develop housing for older adults. Experts from LeadingAge and the National Housing Trust will describe how the Housing Credit can be used to serve older adults, including by pairing the tax incentives with programs like Section 202 and with supportive services leveraged by older adults, followed by a live Q&A session.
Prior to this webinar, we encourage all attendees to view the LeadingAge Affordable Housing Primer: [link]
