deeper dive into diversity to explore the broad definition of culture and h
ow our cultural baggage influences our biases towards others. While the ses
sion will address the negative impacts of bias, it will end with a positive
spin by demonstrating that the cultural baggage we bring to work can be ma
naged in a workplace that promotes equity and fairness.
