Resident Services Specialist Concordia on the Lake – Morrison, CO Posting Date: December 16, 2025
About the Role: The Resident Services Specialist supports a welcoming and positive community by providing exceptional customer service and assisting with events, resident requests, and daily activities. Both part-time and full-time candidates are welcome.
Pay: $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Encourage resident participation in community activities and events (afternoons conclude by 6:00 PM)
- Safely operate the 14-passenger shuttle for outings (training provided); valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
- Assist with planning, set-up, and decoration of activity spaces and events
- Support residents with reservations and service requests, maintaining professionalism and warmth
- Capture and upload photos/videos to the community engagement platform
- Maintain records in AppFolio and ensure cleanliness and safety in shared spaces
- Coordinate logistics for community programs and catered events
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered)
- Experience in customer-facing roles (hospitality, property management, events, etc.)
- 1–2 years working with older adults preferred
- Background in social work, human services, or healthcare a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
