The Myron Stratton Home is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Nurse Manager to oversee nursing services within its assisted living community. This leadership position provides clinical oversight, supports staff development, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes high-quality, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and supervision for nursing staff
- Ensure quality resident care and clinical outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and organizational policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families
- Support staff education, training, and performance management
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado RN license
- Experience in assisted living, senior living, or long-term care preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
