Director of Nursing, Skilled Nursing – Casey’s Pond

Casey’s Pond is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within our 66-bed skilled nursing community (Doak Walker House). This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and families
  • Supervise, train, and support nursing staff

Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado RN license and CPR certification
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in long-term care
  • Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $99,184 – $148,776 + $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO

Senior Director – Casey’s Pond

Northwest Colorado Health | Steamboat Springs, CO

Casey’s Pond is seeking a Senior Director to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across its continuing care retirement community. This role oversees independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care and strong operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations across all service areas
  • Oversee budgeting, strategic planning, and financial performance
  • Supervise departmental leadership and foster team development
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident experiences
  • Collaborate with leadership, partners, and community stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in senior living or healthcare
  • Strong background in operations, staff leadership, and strategic planning

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range: $108,000 – $162,000
