Full-Time Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator (LPN)

Pay Range: $30.00–$36.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (on-call required)

Summary:
The Assisted Living Wellness Coordinator (LPN) manages the medication system for Kavod Assisted Living. This position ensures compliance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) regulations while supporting residents to maintain a dignified lifestyle in a non-medical home setting.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Colorado licensure
  • Minimum two years’ experience with older adults or in a related field
  • Experience in a state-regulated facility preferred

Full-Time Certification Specialist, Leasing (Denver, CO)

Posting Date: October 10, 2025 — Open until filled
Hiring Range: $20.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week, occasional evenings for events or meetings)

Summary:
The Certification Specialist handles leasing and certification functions for Kavod Senior Life in compliance with HUD guidelines, federal and state laws, and organizational policies. This role supports the Director of Leasing and Administration, CFO, and President/CEO, and reports directly to the Director of Leasing and Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leasing, move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and waitlists
  • Perform annual and interim certifications
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with HUD standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 1–2 years of related experience in bookkeeping and/or leasing
  • Experience with HUD-subsidized project leasing strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (Russian/English) a plus

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Cornerstone leasing software, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
