Standard Exhibit Table (includes two exhibitors) $1,100 members/$1,400 non-members
Prime Exhibit Table (includes two exhibitors) $1,400 members/$1,700 non-members

Exhibit space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority give to 2025 LeadingAge Colorado Sponsors & Business Members. No selections will be held until payment has been received.

Exhibit Hours: Tuesday, May 13

• 8:00-9:00 a.m. Breakfast and Exhibit Networking
• 10:00-10:20 a.m. Morning Break and Exhibit Networking
• 11:20 a.m.-12:50 p.m. Lunch and Exhibit Networking
• 2:00-2:20 p.m. Afternoon Break and Exhibit Networking

Move-Out: Tuesday, May 13, 2:20-6:30 p.m.

Included with Exhibit Space:

• Registration: Two conference registrations for day of exhibit hall. Additional registrations and days can be added.
• Exhibit Space: Exhibit space includes: one 6' x 30" table with wastebasket and chairs by request. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ROOM FOR LARGE DISPLAYS OR EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE OF YOUR 6' X 30" SPACE.

Cancellation Policy:
All exhibit registrations must be paid in full before conference start date. Any not paid in full will be cancelled. Exhibit registrations cancelled prior to April 12 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered after April 11.
