Conference Attire: We are expecting wonderful spring weather in Vail for our conference. This means it is warm during the day and cold at night. Please note that the Monday Welcome Reception is scheduled to be outside . Please dress appropriately. It is advised to bring a warm jacket for the reception.

WiFi: The Grand Hyatt provides two free, WiFi networks to all guests: Hyatt_Meeting and HyattGuest. HyattGuest is accessible in most of the public-facing portions of the hotel with no password necessary, while HyattMeeting is accessible in the convention center and meeting rooms. The Hyatt_Meeting password is parks2024. Attendees are welcome to use these networks while you are with us, including in the education sessions.

Jeremy will be offering a book signing after his keynote address on Tuesday, May 14.
